Abstract: Techniques for managing multiple computing systems are provided. A system comprises a content delivery system (CDS) and an entity identification system (EIS). The CDS causes a content item that is associated with a content delivery campaign to be delivered over a computer network to a computing device of a user. The CDS detects that the user performed an action relative to the content item and, in response, creates an action record that indicates a particular entity associated with the user and that indicates an account that is associated with the content item and causes the action record to be made available to the EIS. The EIS, based on the account indicated in the action record, identifies a particular account from among multiple accounts indicated in an account database and searches the particular account for an entity (if any) that matches the particular entity.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for a distributed processing system and database for managing, performing, measuring, evaluating, codifying, and teaching social selling are described. Metric data corresponding to a user of a social network system is obtained and one or more components of a social selling index score are computed. The social selling index score is computed based on the one or more components. A graphical interface, using at least one hardware processor, is generated based on the one or more components and the social selling index score, the graphical interface having a first portion that includes a chart representing a first element associated with the social selling index score and a second portion that includes text representing a second element associated with the social selling index score.

Abstract: Not-started CRM dialogs are described to facilitate dialog management in a cooperative manner between a CRM system and a client. A workflow defining a set of actions to complete for a business process can trigger a dialog in a “not-started” state and assign the dialog to a particular user. Pending completion of the dialog, the workflow can be paused or continue in the background to a designated stopping point. The dialog that is assigned can appear in a list of scheduled/pending tasks for the particular user and can include a link or other functionality to resume the dialog. Selection of the dialog from the task list can cause the dialog to resume to an “in-progress” state and the status of the dialog can be updated. Thereafter, the workflow can detect completion of the dialog and continue with further actions to complete the business process.

Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor structure is disclosed wherein a masking layer used to form the gate contact of a Metal Electrode Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MESFET) is formed by selectively depositing particles into separated regions of the masking layer, diffusing the particles into the portions of the masking layer to reduce the separation between the regions to a predetermined separation and exposing the masking layer to a chemical etchant to selectively remove the portions of the masking layer which have a particle concentration below a predetermined concentration, producing an aperture in the masking layer having a predetermined width. With such method a well controlled diffusion process and selective chemical etching process are used to form such aperture which, in turn, is used to form a gate contact for a MESFET having a gate channel length in the order of a micron.
