    Abstract: An electrically heated, over-molded fluidic hose and fitting assembly includes a length of electrically heated hose comprising an inner tube, heating wire wrapped around the inner tube, and an outer jacket covering at least a portion of the heating wires over the inner tube, the heating wires extending beyond the end of the hose. A fluidic fitting is provided in the end of the hose, the extending heating wires wrapped around the fitting, and at least a portion of the heating wires around the fluidic fitting are encapsulated in a first over-mold. Optionally, the first over-mold may be at least partially encapsulated within a second over-mold.
