Device(s) may be provided for adjusting the surface(s) relative in distance to the resistance device(s) during an exercise routine and or relative to the floor. Device(s) may be provided for adjusting the surface(s) closer in relative distance to the resistance device(s) while the orientation of the surface changes from vertical thru horizontal and for adjusting the surface(s) further in relative distance to the resistance device(s) while the orientation of the surface changes from horizontal thru vertical during an exercise routine and or relative to the floor.
