The device includes at least one airborne energy configured to be delivered into the enclosed chamber through at least one of the end caps. A controller is configured to control the type, intensity and duration of light emitted from the first and second plurality of light emitting devices and the at least one airborne energy to control an environment within the enclosed chamber.
