  • Patent number: 12101875
Abstract: One aspect provides a printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB includes a transmission line to transmit signals of a desired frequency, a first stub coupled to the transmission line at a first location, and a second stub coupled to the transmission line at a second location. The first stub is to filter out signals of a first frequency, the second stub is to filter out signals of a second frequency, and the first and second stubs are positioned such that an insertion loss of the transmitted signals of the desired frequency is substantially minimized.

  • Publication number: 20240306352
Abstract: A process includes communicating a coolant flow between an inlet and an outlet of a coolant subsystem that is associated with a cooling domain to remove thermal energy from a plurality of processor-based nodes of the cooling domain. The communication of the coolant flow has associated predefined parameters. The process includes regulating a temperature of the coolant flow at the outlet. In accordance with example implementations, the regulation includes determining, based on the predefined parameters, a minimum collective power consumption by the processor-based nodes to maintain a temperature of the coolant flow at the outlet at or above a minimum threshold temperature, and based on the minimum power consumption, scheduling jobs to be executed by the nodes.

  • Publication number: 20170232198
Abstract: An article is described including an article surface, a primer coating of SiOx, SiOxCy or SiNxCy applied to the article surface, and optionally a deposit of lubricant applied to the primer coating or layer. The primer coating of SiOx, SiOxCy or SiNxCy is applied by PECVD of an organosiloxane precursor. A deposit of lubricant is applied to the primer coating or layer. The primer coating improves the adhesion or wetting of the lubricant on the surface to be lubricated, as well as the recovery of the liquid contained in the vessel. Examples of such an article are a prefilled syringe having a barrel with a lubricated interior portion and a plunger tip that slides along it. Another example of such an article is a vial having a lubricated opening to receive a septum. Another aspect of the invention is a method of making such an article.

  • Patent number: 9662450
Abstract: An article is described including an article surface, a primer coating or layer of SiOx, SiOxCy or SiNxCy applied to the article surface, and a deposit of lubricant applied to the primer coating or layer. The primer coating or layer of SiOx, SiOxCy or SiNxCy is applied by chemical vapor deposition of a polysiloxane or polysilazane precursor in the presence of oxygen. A first deposit of lubricant is applied to the primer coating or layer. The primer coating or layer improves the adhesion or wetting of the lubricant on the surface to be lubricated. Examples of such an article are a prefilled syringe having a barrel with a lubricated interior portion and a plunger tip that slides along it. • Patent number: 9593608
Abstract: Ceramic honeycomb structures and methods to make the same are disclosed. The structures may be comprised of at least two separate smaller ceramic honeycombs that have been coated with a polymer to create a polymeric barrier coating and adhered together with a cement comprised of inorganic fibers and a binding phase which is comprised of amorphous silicate, aluminite or alumino silicate glass and other inorganic particles. The polymer is selected such that it is penetratable into or covering the pores in the honeycomb structure to form a thin barrier layer thereon to mitigate migration of the inorganic fibers, binding phase and water into the pores. The polymer is adapted to be burned off or decomposed at or below cement and honeycomb skin firing temperatures, or at or below honeycomb operating temperatures during application to create a honeycomb structure that, when formed into an exhaust filter, does not have any undesired pressure drop increase due to cement migration.

  • Patent number: 8448059
Abstract: A unified web-based voice messaging system provides voice application control between a web browser and an application server via an hypertext transport protocol (HTTP) connection on an Internet Protocol (IP) network. The web browser receives an HTML page from the application server having an XML element that defines data for an audio operation to be performed by an executable audio resource. The web browser selectively executes the audio operation based on whether the web browser detects the presence of the executable audio resource. If the web browser does not have the executable audio resource, then the web browser ignores the XML element, and merely presents any other recognized HTML tags. However if the web browser has access to an executable audio resource that understands the XML element, then the web browser executes the audio operation based on enhanced audio control specified by the XML element.

  • Patent number: 8407294
Abstract: A unified web-based voice messaging system uses an application server, configured for executing a voice application defined by XML documents, that accesses subscriber attributes from a standardized information database server (such as LDAP), and messages from a standardized messaging server (such as IMAP), regardless of message format. The application server, upon receiving a request from a browser serving a user, accesses the standardized database server to obtain attribute information for responding to the voice application operation request. The application server generates an HTML document having media content and control tags for personalized execution of the voice application operation based on the attribute information obtained from the standardized database server. The application server also is configured for storing messages for a called party in the standardized messaging server by storing within the message format information that specifies the corresponding message format.
