Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for promotion processing and delivery, including a smart phone having a capture function for capturing a product code of an item, wherein the smart phone is configured to generate and display a promotion having a barcode based on the captured product code of the item; and a point-of-sale terminal configured to read the displayed barcode of the promotion from the display of the smart phone, wherein the point-of-sale terminal applies the promotion based on the read barcode to a sales transaction.
