Abstract: An oral appliance may include a generally u-shaped base portion having a tray and labial flange, where the labial flange has a plurality of pockets adapted to receive corresponding circuitry components. The oral appliance may also include circuitry arranged on the labial flange and having components arranged in respective pockets of the plurality of pockets and a cover portion sealingly arranged on the labial flange and covering the circuitry.

Abstract: A footbed for insertion into a shoe. The footbed includes an insole with a heel area, a metatarsal area and an arch area between the heel area and the metatarsal area. The insole also includes a lateral side and a medial side. A support is attached to the insole and extends between the arch area and the heel area of the insole. The support extends from the lateral side to the medial side of the insole to reduce pronation in a foot that is supported by the footbed.

Abstract: A triple layer mouthguard apparatus has a U-shaped mouthguard base with an elastomeric frame embedded therein. The frame includes a wave-shaped contact surface. The mouthguard base includes inner and outer side walls defining an upper channel which has a liner disposed therein. The liner is adapted to form around the teeth when softened. The liner engages the teeth of the upper jaw and is made of a material that softens at a temperature lower than the material of the mouthguard base and becomes softer than the material of the mouthguard base when hardened.
