  • Patent number: 10657372
Abstract: A system for identifying and displaying one or more optimal locations within a lot for a garden in which to plant and grow suggested plant varieties is discussed. The system includes a robotic device positioned and configured to scan the lot and to generate at least one lot parameter. The system also includes a soil sensor positionable in soil in the lot and configured to generate at least one soil parameter. The system further includes a computing system configured to execute a location optimization module that determines varieties of suggested plants based on the soil parameter and the lot parameter. Based on a user selection from the varieties of suggested plants, the computing system identifies optimal locations for a garden within the lot for the one or more selected plants. • Patent number: 10620077
Abstract: A technique for detecting spills is disclosed. A number of electrodes within a portion of a surface are connected to a resistance meter. The resistance meter detects a spill by measuring a change in resistance between two or more electrodes when a fluid is spilled over the two or more of the electrodes. The location of the spill can also be determined based on a known location for each of the electrodes. The size of the spill can further be determined based on a number of electrodes which measured a change in resistance due to the spilled fluid.

  • Patent number: 10569976
Abstract: Methodologies, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for relocating pallets and receptacles. A shipping motor vehicle has a weight sensor within a cargo area that measures a weight of a pallet or a receptacle. A location sensor located within the cargo area identifies available storage locations within the cargo area, and a computing device equipped with a processor computes a destination location within the cargo area for the pallet or receptacle based, at least in part, on the weight of the pallet or receptacle measured by the weight sensor. An internal conveyor system located within the shipping motor vehicle receives the pallet or receptacle from an external conveyor system and automatically relocates the pallet or receptacle to the destination location within the cargo area.

  • Patent number: 10531210
Abstract: A technique for detecting spills is described. A number of audio sensors detect a sound potentially associated with an object spilling on a surface and the audio data from the sensors is analyzed in order to generate an acoustical analysis of the sound. The analysis of the sound detected by the audio sensors is compared against a database of known sounds corresponding to a number of types of spill incidents. Based on a match detected between the analysis of the sound and a type of spill incident in the database of known sounds, the identity of the object spilled can be determined. The location of the spilled object can also be calculated by triangulating the sensor data from the audio sensors.

  • Patent number: 10518796
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for evaluating shopping cart wheels using a sensor module or one or more microphones engaged with the shopping cart. The microphones can be used to detect sounds generated by the wheels of the shopping cart. A sound signature can be determined from the detected sound and compared to sound signatures in a database. If the detected sound indicates that a wheel of the shopping cart is failing, an alert can be generated using an associate alert system.

  • Publication number: 20190132327
Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine readable medium are provided for improving access to electronic data. An application is provided that generates a graphical user interface on a first client device requesting the server-based application via a web browser on the first client device. Credentials from a user of the first client device. After authorization of the user credentials, input from the user is received via the graphical user interface indicating an URL for a website, a file path for a document, and text. The entered input is stored in a local browser cache on the first client device and in a remotely-located database as being associated with the user credentials. Subsequently, a display is generated on the first client device, by the application, of electronic data related to the entered input.

  • Publication number: 20190097806
Abstract: Described in detail herein is a system for resolving data discrepancies. A central computing system can generate a master cryptographically verifiable ledger. The central computing system can be in communication with independently operated domains. The central computing system can receive an event associated with at least one physical object. In response to receiving the event, the central computing system can generate an additional block containing one or more new transaction records in the master cryptographically verifiable ledger. The central computing system, can transmit an alert the independently operated domain affected by the one or more new transaction records. The independently operated domain can generate an additional sub-block in a sub cryptographically verifiable ledger associated with the first independently operated domain.

  • Publication number: 20190045025
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic recognition feedback acquisition are discussed. A recognition feedback acquisition system acquires information from the short-range communication device of associated with an individual by reading the short-range communication device and generates recognition information regarding the individual that includes the acquired tag information. The recognition feedback acquisition system further assigns a value to the received recognition information, aggregates the assigned value for the individual to update a recognition status, and transmits data regarding the updated recognition status to a device associated with the individual.
