The differential methylation status of the at least one iDMR is used to assign parent-of-origin for each one of the chromosome-length haplotypes.

A taxonomy of content is generated that classifies an audience type of the video data. An audience model is generated based on the taxonomy. The audience model has a dataset related to at least one of age and gender of the viewer that watches the selected video. An affinity of the viewer toward a particular video is determined based on the taxonomy of the content.
