Abstract: A device for providing sets of cards having repurposed cards includes at least a first card handling means comprising a card supply means and a plurality of card storage means. The card handling means includes at least one card grouping means adapted to merge cards from different series of the plurality of series of randomly ordered cards, into a group of cards. A control means is adapted to identify each card of the plurality of series of randomly ordered cards; assign each identified card to one of the plurality of card storage means; and control the card supply means and/or the card grouping means to merge one or more identified cards assigned to the same card storage means, into the group of cards. A group delivering means is adapted to deliver the group of cards in the card grouping means into the card storage means.

Abstract: A playing card cartridge includes a container adapted to couple to a card dispensing shoe, the container defining a volume. The container has a set of playing cards in the volume, and the volume of the container is sealed by one or more seals. The container has a top wall, a front wall and side walls, the top wall being slidingly connected to the side walls and being adapted to slide towards the front wall. The top wall is prevented from sliding by at least a first seal.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for interfacing with a device having a touch sensitive display comprises detecting the presence of an information carrier in overlay of the display. The information carrier has at least one transparent area determining the location of the information carrier on the display and modifying at least one portion of an image displayed in a surface portion of the display being covered by the at least one transparent area of the information carrier. The at least one portion of the image displayed behind the at least one transparent area of the information carrier and an image printed on the information carrier jointly create a combined image.
