  • Patent number: 11923441
Abstract: Described is a method of manufacturing a gate-all-around electronic device. The method includes forming a thermal oxide layer though an enhanced in situ steam generation process in combination with atomic layer deposition of a low-? layer. The thin thermal oxide layer passivates the interface between the silicon layer and the dielectric layer of the GAA. A passivation process after the deposition of the low-? layer reduces the bulk trap and enhances the breakdown performance of the GAA transistor.

  • Publication number: 20220391910
Abstract: Actions between a customer and a merchant are guided by decision engine scores using a shared history from multiple merchants. In an example, an action request is received at a service provider. A prime merchant identifier is applied to a merchant database to obtain a policy stack. A customer identifier is applied to a transactions database to obtain a transaction history for the customer and different merchants. Rules of the policy stack are applied in sequence to action parameters and values of the customer transaction history at a decision engine of the service provider, the decision engine generating a first action score. A customer score from the prime merchant is applied to generate a final action score and the prime merchant is notified to conditionally execute the requested action based on the final action score.

  • Publication number: 20110266232
Abstract: A display shelf for use, for example, in retail stores includes a product-supporting surface and a forwardly positioned display surface extending downwardly and forwardly from the front of the product-supporting surface. A video device with video content is secured to the shelf with the screen of the device visible though an aperture in the display surface and through a second aperture in an advertising sign that covers at least some of the display surface. A proximity sensor is provided to initiate playback of the content stored on the video device when the presence of a customer in the vicinity of the shelf is detected. Control buttons extend through registered openings in the display surface and sign. Each button, when operated, initiates playback of a particular one of the different videos stored on the device. Indicia on the sign adjacent each button provide information about the content of the respective videos.

  • Publication number: 20060157092
Abstract: A warewash machine includes a housing at least in part defining a wash area. A water tank supplies water to the wash area and a water heating system is provided for heating water in the water tank. The water heating system includes a heat exchange tube immersed in water within the water tank and has an outer surface in a heat exchange relationship with the water. An infrared gas burner is at least partially disposed within the heat exchange tube for combusting an air/gas mixture and delivering combustion gases through the heat exchange tube. A turbulator is positioned within the heat exchange tube downstream of the infrared gas burner for introducing turbulence in the combustion gases traveling through the heat exchange tube.

  • Publication number: 20060037631
Abstract: A warewash machine includes a frame in part defining a wash area having at least one access opening, a lower housing at least in part defining a lower side of the access opening and an upper housing at least in part defining a top side of the access opening. The upper housing has an upper surface and a side surface extending downward therefrom with the side surface having a substantially fixed position with respect to the upper surface. The upper housing also includes an internal, upwardly extending arm receiving chamber located above the washing area. Disposed in the chamber is an arm that is configured to direct fluid into the wash area. A door panel is mounted for movement between a closed position for washing and an open position for inlet and outlet of wares. When the door panel is in the closed position, it closes the access opening and a top edge of the door panel is located proximate to a lower edge of the side surface of the upper housing.

  • Publication number: 20040045613
Abstract: A diverter valve is disclosed that includes a cylindrical body having a bottom and lid and a plurality of body openings. A closure member is included within the cylindrical body that is movable to block one of the housing holes. A handle is connected to the closure member, with the handle being external to the cylindrical body. The turning of the handle causes the closure member to move within the body. The handle has a first set of vertical teeth and a spline on the lid has a second set of vertical teeth. The first and second sets of vertical teeth engage to lock the handle in place and disengage to allow the handle to turn. A plurality of label tags can also be included, at least one of which is mounted to the diverter adjacent to one of the body openings to indicate the source or destination of fluid flowing through said openings.
