Abstract: Presented is a soft-pack tote bag for carrying flytying materials, tools and equipment. The tote bag constitutes a main receptacle having handles for ease in carrying, and within contains three additional auxiliary receptacles used for storing materials such as feathers in a first one of the auxiliary receptacles, tools of various kinds in a second auxiliary receptacle and a fly-tying vise with associated accessories in a third auxiliary receptacle. Additionally, a detachable dubbing panel is provided that serves to store a variety of dubbing furs and miscellaneous materials in a compartmentalized fashion.
