In some embodiments, the formulations include occidiofungin and one or more cyclodextrins. The formulations may optionally further comprise an additional chemotherapeutic agent for treating the proliferative disease, lipid vesicles, and/or aqueous solvents (including pharmaceutically acceptable buffers and/or exceipients).
