  • Publication number: 20250092969
Abstract: A tubular member having a first connector provided on a first end thereof, this first connector being adapted to receive a corresponding connector provided on another tubular member, forming a tubular connection comprising: a pin connector, a box connector, an outer diameter, an inner diameter, and a longitudinal axis. The pin connector threads or box connector threads feature a threadform having at least one load flank reduction zone such that when the pin connector is threadably engaged with the box connector, the resulting tubular connection radial bearing strength is desirably reduced. More specifically in the preferred embodiment, the at least one load flank reduction zone is preferably configured such that the tubular connection radial bearing strength is between 100% to 110% of the cross sectional connection strength when the box connector is threadably engaged with a pin connector.

  • Publication number: 20240366901
Abstract: Disclosed is an elastomeric device and method of using to securely position a nasal cannula that is fitted to the cannula tubing between the ear and the head. The device comprises a flange and body with a cut though both. The device is positioned with the flange end located behind the ear facing the front and contacting the head. The inside diameter of the device is measurably smaller than the outside diameter of the cannula tube. The cut permits the device to be attached to the tube at point of use. Once attached the device is adjusted by the wearer to a position where the flange contacts the back of the wearer's ear and side of the head with enough tension to keep the nasal cannula in a preferred position without having to cinch a bolo slide tightly and uncomfortably.

  • Publication number: 20240351539
Abstract: A low-cost compact ignition sense and control circuit is powered by a battery supply line of a vehicle and receives an ignition input signal indicating the turning ON/OFF of a vehicle. Responsive to the ignition input signal, the ignition sense and control circuit utilizes first and second MOSFETS to control an ON/OFF state of a main internal power supply of an ECU or to control an activate/deactivate state of a microprocessor of the ECU. When the MOSFETS are ON, voltage from the battery supply line is used to either latch the main internal power supply of the ECU to an ON state or to latch the microprocessor of the ECU into an ON state. An OFF signal at the ignition input signal releases the latch to provide a shutdown of the main internal power supply or microprocessor.
