    Abstract: A tread for a tire includes a plurality of circumferential rows extending around a radially outer portion of the tire. Each row defines a plurality of tread lugs. Each tread lug has a radially outer surface. The radially outer surfaces have an asymmetric curvature such that a radially outermost point on each surface is not located on an axis of symmetry of each tread lug.
