    Abstract: A dual-view display system and method are provided for use on a vehicle to display first and second viewing windows to a driver and a passenger in a vehicle. The display system stores acquired regulations for operating a display based on geographic location, and employs a position determining device to determine the position of the display. The display system further includes a controller for retrieving regulations pertaining to the determined geographic location and controls one or more features of the display based on the determined geographic location such that the display system may operate in compliance with geographically imposed regulations.
