Abstract: The device comprises a pistol shaped “grip” designed to ergonomically rest in the user's Palm. Illumination means at a superior portion of the grip and a multi-position docking mechanism for incorporating various instruments at various user defined locations along the grip's vertical axis. The assembly is configured to allow the user, with one hand, to illuminate the work area and use an instrument without substantially obstructing the light source.
