Abstract: A Wearable Electronic Device (WED) is provided and includes a WED processing device; a WED memory associated with the WED processing device, wherein the memory stores at least one pre-loaded exercise routine; a motion sensor, wherein the motion sensor is in signal communication with the WED processing device, and wherein the motion sensor is configured to sense the movement of the WED and generate motion sensor data: and, communication circuitry, wherein the communication circuitry is in signal communication with the WED processing device and configured to wirelessly communicate with at least one of an exercise device and a RFID tag associated with an exercise device being used by the user of the WED.

Abstract: A method for interacting with a person via a virtual image is provided and includes sensing at least one of, a physical characteristic of the person, and an environmental characteristic of an environment proximate the person; generating at least one of an image and a sound responsive to the sensing; and communicating at least one of the image and the sound to the person.

Abstract: A security lock includes a first lock component lockingly engagable within a second lock component. Locking engagement is provided by way of a deformable latch member on the first lock component engaging a latch retainer on the second lock component. The second lock component has a key-receiving configuration that accepts a key. The key is configured to deform the latch member in order to release the first lock component from the second lock component.

Abstract: A device having a cover with an edge portion which is placed in adjacent relationship to a flange when the cover is in a closed position, a lock structure for locking the cover to the flange including a nut mounted on the flange for receiving the threaded shank of a bolt which extends through a bore in the end wall of a shroud having a cavity therein which contains the head of the bolt having a curvilinear groove therein for receiving a key. A method of adding a lock structure to a cover of a device including the steps of forming a first hole in a flange of the device, mounting a nut on the flange, forming a second hole in the shroud which aligns with the first hole, mounting a shroud in the second hole, extending the shank of a bolt through a portion of the shroud mounted in the hole, with the head of the bolt being contained within a cavity in the shroud.
