The registry database stores patient data from a plurality of sites, a plurality of registry groups and an indicator for each of the plurality of sites identifying which of the plurality of registry groups each site is a member. The members of a registry group have access to aggregated data and comparative reports of all the registry group members in real-time. Each site may be a member of one registry group, multiple registry groups, or no registry groups.
