Abstract: A multi-layered electronic system has a support substrate including at least a primary conductive track; a security layer including at least a conductive security track; an electrically-conductive engagement element in electrical communication with the primary conductive tack, and to which the security layer is mounted so that the conductive security track is in permanent electrical communication with the primary conductive track; and a flexible cover layer which overlies the security layer and which is directly or indirectly secured to the support substrate. The electrical connection between the security layer, conductive engagement element and primary conductive track is interrupted when the conductive security track is broken.

Abstract: A wheelchair comprises a frame and first and second rear wheels that are each independently mounted to the frame via a respective mounting hub. Each rear wheel is detachably mounted to its respective mounting hub at two or more distinct hub mounting points. Either or both of the hub mounting points can be movable with respect to a remainder of the hub, for example via a pivoting arrangement. A disk can be positioned at the rear wheel and a stop element located at the mounting hub can be selectively operated to interfere with the disk to prevent rotation of that rear wheel. The frame can comprise first and second spaced apart and unitary tubes which each extending in an unbroken manner from a wheelchair seat to a wheelchair forward region.

Abstract: Use of (a) a polypeptide which comprises an epitope sequence of the formula (I): X1 L/I/M X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 X7 V/L/I wherein X1 is G, X2 is P, X3 is V, X4 is E, X5 is Y, X6 is L and X7 is Q, or X1 is K or R, X2 is I or V, X3 is A, X4 is N, X5 is N, X6 is T and X7 is R, or an epitope sequence which is an analogue of (I) and which can be recognised by a CD8 T cell that recognises (I); or (b) an expression vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding a said polypeptide (a) operably linked to a regulatory sequence capable of providing for expression of the said polypeptide (a); for use in the manufacture of a medicament for vaccinating prophylactically or therapeutically against infection by a mycobacterium by stimulating a CD8 T cell response. Also provided are polypeptides, expression vectors and cells which can be used to treat mycobacterial infections; and a method of detecting T cells that can recognise the epitope defined above.
