  • Patent number: 10221785
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a canister for a vehicle. The canister includes a body, an adsorbent, and a weight sensing device. The body defines therein a housing space. The adsorbent is housed in the housing space. The adsorbent temporarily traps fuel vapors generated in a fuel tank for the vehicle. The weight sensing device detects a physical quantity associated with weight of the fuel vapors trapped by the adsorbent. The weight sensing device outputs the detected physical quantity.
