Abstract: A lid seal mechanism for sealing a drink opening in a lid of a beverage container. The lid seal mechanism has a slider, a plunger and a plunger seal. The slider body slides between a closed position and an open position, and pivots to a cleaning position. The slider body is connected to the lid in each of the closed, open, and cleaning positions. The slider has a body with a front and a rear. The plunger is pivotally connected to the front of the slider. The plunger seal is connected to the plunger. The plunger seal seals the drink opening in the lid when the slider is in the closed position, and the plunger seal opens the drink opening when the slider is in the open position to allow a user to drink contents from the beverage container.

Abstract: A container assembly having a container body, a lid and a movable divider. The container body has opposing side walls, opposing end walls, and a bottom wall to define a cavity. The lid seals against the container body to close the cavity. The moveable divider has a rigid inner member and an outer wiper seal member. The divider has first and second ends, a top and a bottom. The divider can be placed vertically in the container body, with the bottom of the divider adjacent the bottom wall of the container body and the first and second ends of the divider against the first and second opposing side walls, respectively, and stay in place due to compression by the outer wiper seal member of the divider against the opposing side walls of the container body.

Abstract: A lid assembly for a container. The lid assembly has a lid body, a flap, a seal and a button. The lid body has a lid opening. The flap is pivotally connected to the lid body and pivots away between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position the flap closes the lid opening. In the open position the lid opening is open and a cavity of the container is accessible therethrough. The seal is connected to one of the lid body or the flap to seal the opening when the flap is in the closed position. The button is pivotally connected to the lid body and pivots between an actuated and an unactuated position. When the button is moved to the actuated position the flap moves to the open position.

Abstract: A beverage container assembly having a toy removably connected thereto. The beverage container assembly has a container housing, a lid assembly and a receiver. The container housing has a sidewall, a bottom wall, and an opening defining a liquid retaining cavity. The lid assembly is connected to the container housing adjacent the opening of the container housing, and it has an opening providing access to the cavity. The receiver extends from the beverage container and the toy is removably connected to the receiver outside the cavity of the container housing.

Abstract: A lid assembly for a beverage container is provided. The lid assembly has a lid base, a mouthpiece and a lid dome. The mouthpiece is connected to the lid base and has an extended annular member with a first end and a drink aperture extending through a center of the annular member. The lid dome is pivotally connected to the lid base and pivots between an open position and a closed position. The lid dome has a protrusion that extends from an inner surface of the lid dome, and a seal surface that operates to seal against the first end of the annular member of the mouthpiece to close the drink aperture when the lid dome is in the closed position. The protrusion is generally seated within the drink aperture when the lid dome is in the closed position.
