  • Publication number: 20230340789
Abstract: A building panel for ventilation and drainage includes a rear surface, a front surface, and a patterned edge spanning from the rear surface towards the front surface that, when the building panel is mounted at a substrate, creates a ventilation and drainage path between the building panel and the substrate. The front surface may have a drainage element thereon such that, when an additional building panel is installed and overlaps the building panel, the drainage element creates a ventilation and drainage path between the building panel and the additional building panel. The front surface may be a front surface of a first panel portion and the rear surface may be a rear surface of a second panel portion.

  • Publication number: 20230323678
Abstract: A vented and water control paneling has improved drainage and integrated ventilation air space. The water control paneling may be fabricated with an omnidirectional relief pattern formed on its back surface. The relief pattern spaces the vented and water control paneling away from a structure to which it is secured, thereby providing an omnidirectional drainage plane between the back surface of the paneling and the structure. The omnidirectional drainage plane provides an unimpeded ventilation and drainage path of water and/or water vapor.

  • Patent number: 11560748
Abstract: A prefabricated flashing product for an opening in an exterior surface of a structure includes a generally planar flange shaped to conform to the exterior surface, the flange extending outwardly from an entire perimeter of an aperture therein that corresponds to the opening, and a return that seals to the flange about the aperture and extends substantially perpendicularly therefrom toward an inward direction of the opening. The flange and the return are monolithically formed of a waterproof material. A method of integrating a fenestration product into an opening of an exterior surface of a structure includes inserting the flashing product described above into the opening, and inserting the fenestration product at least partially into the aperture of the flashing product.

  • Patent number: 11377860
Abstract: A vented and water control siding has improved drainage and integrated ventilation air space. An omnidirectional relief pattern, creating an omnidirectional ventilation and drainage plane, may be located between a front surface of the first siding panel and a back surface of the second siding panel. In certain embodiments, another omnidirectional ventilation and drainage plane is located between the siding panels and an internal layer.

  • Publication number: 20220122168
Abstract: Selection criteria updates are described in an asset recovery workflow. In one example, a description of a physical asset that is to be recovered for lack of payment is received. The description is applied to a pre-defined set of criteria to select a recovery agent to recover the physical asset. The candidate recovery agents have values assigned to the criteria, such as location, recovery rate, and time to recover. Recovery status information is received as to whether the asset has been recovered by the selected agent. A recovery rate value for the selected recovery agent is then updated using the recovery status information.

  • Patent number: 11216870
Abstract: A method and apparatus are described for assigning agents using updated criteria tables. In one example, an assignment system maintains an assets table including properties of assets, a recovery agent criteria table including values for a location and a capacity of recovery agents, and a requester criteria preferences table including agent preference factors received from requesters. A requester requests a recovery agent to recover an asset. The agents are scored and weighted using the tables and the asset is assigned to a selected agent. The agent capacity criteria is adjusted in response to the assignment and the agent capacity criteria is adjusted in response to receiving recovery status information about the asset.

  • Patent number: 10501980
Abstract: A three dimensional scaffold formed of mesh, or semi-porous material is designed to be inserted into and to surround an opening in the exterior structure of a building to receive a fenestration product such as a door, a vent, a window and a skylight. The three dimensional scaffold is pre-formed into three-dimensional shapes that include corners, returns, back-dams, and optional head flaps that provide a scaffold and backing for the application of a fluid applied water/weather-proofing material. The separate fluid applied waterproofing/weatherproofing may be applied by spray, brush or roll and can be asphalt, rubber, plastic or other fluid applied material. The scaffolding may be formed out of mesh, or other semi-porous fiberglass, metal, plastic, synthetic or other material that can be formed into three dimensional shapes.
