Abstract: A register for maintaining documentation and a description of such documentation, particularly for maintaining photographs of items of property along with a description of the items included in the photographs. The register includes a loose-leaf binder, with a loose-leaf page having one section for containing an inventory record which is hinged to a second section for containing photographs. The inventory section is normally folded upon and facing the photographic section, with the inventory record facing the photographs. An edge of the photographic section perpendicular to the hinge is retained by the loose-leaf binder, and the inventory section is configured with respect to the photographic section such that when the folded page is retained by the binder the inventory section may be unfolded away from the photographic section along the hinge.
