Patent number: 12102027Abstract: An improved method for prescriptive seed treatment is provided. A location can be calculated where a combination of seed and one or more types and/or amounts of seed-applied substances will be planted. The combination is selected, based at least in part, on one or more conditions. The combination is generated prior to being planted. The method can further include selecting a type of seed and/or a type and/or amount of the one or more seed-applied substances to be applied. One or more applicators can apply the seed-applied substance(s) to the seed within a seed flow path during operation. A plurality of seed receptacles can contain different combinations of seed and/or seed-applied substances generated prior to being placed into the receptacles. The method could further include selecting a seed receptacle containing a selected combination, and delivering the selected combination from the selected seed receptacle to be planted by the planter.Type: GrantFiled: June 23, 2015Date of Patent: October 1, 2024Assignee: INFLEXION POINT TECHNOLOGIES, LLCInventors: Steven P. Smith, Nicholas M. Iwig, Mark M. Iwig, Pat Parks

Publication number: 20230247932Abstract: A system and method for on-planter seed treatments is disclosed. The planter includes a seed meter, a seed drop tube, a seed, a seed-applied substance receptacle, and a seed-applied substance applicator having a discharge path. A seed-applied substance is loaded in the seed-applied substance receptacle. The seed-applied substance is supplied to the seed-applied substance applicator. The seed-applied substance is discharged from the seed-applied substance applicator into the discharge path during planting. The seed from the seed drop tube is combined with the seed-applied substance from the seed-applied substance applicator within the discharge path for prescriptively treating the seed with the seed applied substance. The seed having on it the seed applied substance is then planted.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 25, 2021Publication date: August 10, 2023Applicant: Inflexion Point Technologies, LLCInventors: Steven P. Patent number: 7940677Abstract: A system for managing one or more service level agreements associated with a switched metro Ethernet network is disclosed and manages one or more service level agreements associated with a switched metro Ethernet network. The system also includes a service level agreement (SLA) management reporting system (MRS) and a performance engine (PE) data filter coupled to the SLA-MRS. Further, the system includes one or more network elements connected to the PE data filter, wherein the SLA-MRS is configured to receive performance data from the PE data filter and at least partially based on the performance data validate one or more customer claims regarding an SLA violation.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2007Date of Patent: May 10, 2011Assignee: AT&T Intellectual Property I, LPInventors: Bruce A. Patent number: 5204960Abstract: A system and method of incrementally coupling a high level language into an object file is disclosed. A source file and an object file are organized into logical blocks. An intermediate file, termed an .mdt file, is generated and stores information about the logical blocks in both the source file and the object file and their relationship to each other. Boundaries are established in the source program to define logical blocks within it, each block being termed a function. Each function is further divided into a global region and a local region. If a change has been made in a particular local region in the source file, only that region is recompiled. The recompiled portion of the .obj file is patched into the .obj file to replace the previous material corresponding to that region. Significant time savings is realized by incrementally compiling the source program because only those local regions which have been changed are recompiled and they are patched into the existing .obj file.Type: GrantFiled: January 8, 1990Date of Patent: April 20, 1993Assignee: Microsoft CorporationInventors: Steven P.
