  • Patent number: 11246840
Abstract: An abuse deterrent and misuse deterrent transdermal patch comprising aversive agents incorporated in the backing layer of the patch. The aversive agents can exhibit biphasic or sustained kinetics of release with an immediate portion released rapidly and an extended portion released in a prolonged manner when exposed to a dissolution medium. The prolonged aversive agent release provides deterrence against extraction of drug from fresh and used patches and serves to prevent accidental misuse of used patches by children. The abuse deterrent and misuse deterrent patch systems can be used for transdermal delivery of therapeutically active agents and particularly those drugs that are highly prone to abuse such as opiate and opioid analgesics and stimulants.

  • Patent number: 11247019
Abstract: A device (102) provides respiratory treatment for SDB (including mild OSA) and other respiratory conditions. A flow generator warms and humidifies gas at controlled flow levels. For example, the device (102) delivers breathable gas to the upper airway at flow rates of about 10-35 Liters/minute. Levels of flow rate, temperature and/or humidification of the device any be automatically adjusted in response to the detection of SDB events. The device may also automatically deliver adjustments of any of the levels in accordance with detected phases of respiratory cycles. In some embodiments, the device automatically delivers distinct levels to either of the nares based on independent control of flow to each nare. A warm-up procedure controls temperature and humidity at a desired target during a ramp-up of flow to the set therapy level. A cool-down procedure controls temperature above the dewpoint to avoid condensation internal to the device and patient interface.

  • Patent number: 11223651
Abstract: Technology for isolating suspicious activity on a plurality of servers for the purpose of mitigating damage (for example, unauthorized access to server data) to a network of computers and eliciting information about any suspicious clients involved in the suspicious activity. A suspicious client is identified, isolated, and permitted to continue interacting with the computer network to elicit information about the activity (for example, the identify of a suspicious client). Suspicious activity is defined by network administrators and determined using conventional techniques. The suspicious activity is isolated to prevent the suspicious client(s) from unauthorized and/or harmful actions on the network. The suspicious client(s) are permitted to resume network requests, in isolation, to covertly elicit information about the suspicious activity.
