    Abstract: A foldable transport device includes a center frame, side frames each pivotably connected to the center frame at opposite sides thereof for angular movement to a folded position where the side frames folded over the center frame and to an unfolded position; and cross members releasably secured to and extending between the side frames when the frames are unfolded. A cover, supported on the frames, may be used to provide a sheltered a space within the unfolded frame. The side frames function as runners in the unfolded position and have wheels for use in the folded position.
