The hide away helm includes: a mounting member, a first support member, an optional biasing member, a steering device, one or more second support members, and a deck member.

The swing away helm is positionable between a use position in which the swing away helm extends into the watercraft and a non-use position in which the swing away helm is positioned above a gunnel of the watercraft. The swing away helm includes; a mounting member, a support member, a dashboard, a steering device, and a biasing member. The swing away helm maintains an equal distance from the gunnel in the use position and in the non-use position.
