Abstract: A computer implemented method and a computer system of synchronized clearing for online group deal via electronic communications network involve the steps, various means, and associated processing logic to register participants' transaction items of online group deals, aggregate a plurality of transaction measures of said deals, provide a plurality of online group deal clearing conditions for said participants to select, receive at least a designated online group deal clearing condition from each of said participants, confirme said participants' binding deals, establish at least an effective online group deal clearing condition, activate the clearing of said deal, synchronize the clearing of said participants' transactions conforming to said effective online group deal clearing condition, and execute binding deals.

The method and system can enhance trading transparency and reduce monitoring and regulation costs by disclosing corresponding transaction types prices, submitted quantities, and matched and unmatched results to buyers and sellers in a spot, securities or futures market through a network computer.

The safer and less costly on-line transaction methods and the more trustable on-line seller-buyer agreements offered by the present invention can help promote the trustworthiness and the brand value of an e-store or a payment institution.

Abstract: A method for on-line outsourcing of customized merchandise containing at least a personalized logo. An on-line remote customer personalizes preferred logo image and customizes preferred merchandise image by selecting image parts and part elements stored, respectively, in logo image and merchandise image databases. The server generates a customized merchandise image containing at least a personalized logo image after receiving the remote customer's indication of the location(s) and size(s) of the personalized logo image to be incorporated with the customized merchandise image. Outsourcing and customization order databases store, respectively, information of outsourcing invoice and customization order records. The server transmits the customized merchandise image containing at least a personalized logo and outsourcing invoice to a supplier to bind the production of the tangible, customized merchandise.
