  • Publication number: 20070257650
Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-phase power regulator that accurately senses current at a load in a lossless manner and adjusts the power supplied to the load based on the sensed current. Also disclosed is a method of calibrating a multiphase voltage regulator by applying a known calibration current at the load and determining actual current values by the difference in measured values between when the known calibration current is applied and when it is not applied. The accurate current is determined at a known temperature and accurate temperature compensation is provided by a non-linear digital technique. Each phase of the multi-phase power regulator is individually calibrated so that balanced channels provide accurate power to the load. Also disclosed is a calibration method with minimal noise generation.

  • Publication number: 20070085399
Abstract: A rotary adjuster, such as for a vehicle seat having a seat back rotable relative to a seat bottom, includes a first member defining first and second cam surfaces. A second member is rotatably mounted relative to the first member about an axis. The second member defines third and fourth cam surfaces. The third cam surface faces the first cam surface and defines a first gap therebetween. The fourth cam surface faces the second cam surface and defines a second gap therebetween. A first wedge element is disposed in the first gap so as be selectively movable between a wedged position engaging the first and third cam surfaces to prevent rotation of the second member relative to the first member in a first rotational direction, and a free position permitting movement of the second member relative to the first member.

  • Publication number: 20050156412
Abstract: An assembly for a vehicle seat includes an air bag module having an inflatable air bag, and a trim cover that covers at least a portion of the air bag module. The trim cover further has a deployment seam for allowing the air bag to deploy through the trim cover. The assembly also includes an air bag deployment member that substantially circumscribes the air bag module. The deployment member is connected to the trim cover on only one side of the deployment seam.
