The system receives an automotive sensor profile for at least one individual vehicle including individual vehicle geographic location data. The system determines and stores a vehicle exposure profile for the at least one individual vehicle including proximity of said individual vehicle geographic location data to the severe weather geographic boundary data.

Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for providing haptic feedback to assist in capturing images are presented. In some embodiments, a method for providing haptic feedback to assist in capturing images includes obtaining, via an image capture device, an ambient light measurement of an environment in which the image capture device is present. The method further includes detecting, via the image capture device, one or more objects within one or more image frames captured by the image capture device. The method also includes changing, via the image capture device, a manner in which haptic feedback is provided to a user of the image capture device, based at least in part on the obtained ambient light measurement and the detected one or more objects.

Abstract: A method of generating targeted advertisements includes receiving vehicle information, such as vehicle diagnostics information, from on-board devices installed in vehicles. A processor may then predict, based on the vehicle information, that a given vehicle user will engage in a financial transaction involving their vehicle, such as a purchase of a replacement vehicle or repair, within a predetermined amount of time. This prediction may be used to match a vendor to the given vehicle user, and a targeted advertisement from the matched vendor, the subject matter of which correspond to the predicted financial transaction, may be delivered to the given user.

Abstract: Systems and methods may for providing healthcare services are presented. An individual or medical provider may upload prescription information to the system. The prescription may include the medication name, the prescribed dosage, the dosage frequency, the expiration date, and/or the amount of refills available. The system may generate reminders for the individual based on the prescription information. The reminders may solicit responses from the user, to determine whether the user is taking the prescribed medication, as prescribed. The system may track the user's responses and use those responses to gauge the medications efficacy. The system may also receive health sensor data from monitoring devices associated with the user.

The sensor device may further include a transmitter circuit coupled to the energy storage element and configured to transmit a wireless signal when the energy stored in the energy storage element is sufficient to power a transmission of the wireless signal. The time between transmissions by the transmitter may be used by a receiver of those transmissions to calculate a measure of the quantity being used for energy harvesting.

The applications may be ordered based on their priorities, and the available battery power for the mobile device may be allocated to one application at a time, starting with the highest priority application. In yet another aspect, battery power may be allocated to applications based on a battery discharge curve for the mobile device. An operating point on the battery discharge curve may be selected based on at least one objective. The available battery power may be determined based on the selected operating point and allocated to the applications.

The second transducer element is configured to transmit a modified ultrasonic sound wave to the quantitative ultrasound device based on the received ultrasonic signal.
