Publication number: 20200021931Abstract: Embodiments herein enable fast and easy interconnectivity among multimedia accessories including mobile devices and other devices. There is only limited space on mobile devices yet there are numerous input connectors. The standard TRRS audio jack is one such input that has and remains common, primarily because it is the accepted standard for audio input; namely, headphones and earpieces for listening purposes. Embodiments herein describe an intelligent switch to that audio jack that permits for additional backward and forward compatibility. It transparently allows a user to insert analog or digital audio devices, such as earphones, without the need to manually reconfigure device settings. The device herein automatically converts between input connector types using the same input convention present on their existing mobile devices. Other embodiments are disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 23, 2019Publication date: January 16, 2020Applicant: Staton Techiya, LLCInventors: Koen Weijand, Steven W. Goldstein

Publication number: 20190391999Abstract: Systems, controllers and methods for contextual-based searching are provided. A system includes one or more devices configured to collect at least one audio stream and a contextual search system. The contextual search system includes a data analyzer and a search engine. The data analyzer is configured to receive the at least one audio stream from among the one or more devices and to determine contextual information from the received at least one audio stream. The search engine is configured to perform a search of at least one search term using the contextual information, to produce a search result.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 6, 2019Publication date: December 26, 2019Applicant: Staton Techiya, LLCInventors: Steven W. Goldstein, Jordan Cohen

Publication number: 20190213315Abstract: A method and system for voice identification and validation is provided. Other embodiments are disclosed. The system registers one or more users on a social media platform with login information during a social media session, acquires a voice sample at any time of the social media session or a continuation of the social media session, associates the login information and the voice sample in a profile for each of the one or more users, stores the profile as a voice print in a voice print identifier database, and identifies at least one talker from an interfacing of the social media platform with the voice print identifier database. Other embodiments are provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 18, 2019Publication date: July 11, 2019Applicant: Staton Techiya, LLCInventor: Steven W. Goldstein

Publication number: 20190174219Abstract: A device includes a balloon inflation module having an involuted balloon housed within a lumen, an integrated reservoir in fluid communication with the involuted balloon where the balloon inflation module is configured to selectively displace a volume of fluid from the integrated reservoir into the involuted balloon and from the involuted balloon into the integrated reservoir. The device also includes a port configured to receive an accessory module. In one embodiment, the accessory module is a communication module having a logic circuit coupled to an ambient microphone configured to pick up ambient audio content, an ear canal microphone configured to pick up audio in the proximity of an ear canal, and an ear canal receiver configured to provide audio content in the proximity of the ear canal. In some embodiments, the integrated reservoir is formed within portions of a push button spring-loaded pump assembly. Other embodiments are disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 4, 2019Publication date: June 6, 2019Applicant: Staton Techiya, LLCInventors: Moises Perez, Steven W. Goldstein

Publication number: 20190166444Abstract: An acquisition system includes a processor, one or more sensors operatively coupled to the processor where the one or more sensors acquire at the ear, on the ear or within an ear canal, one or more of acceleration, blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure or heart-rate, and the one or more sensors configured to monitor a biological state or a physical motion or both for an event. The event can be a detection of a discrepancy when compared with a set of reference data by the one or more sensors or the biological state or the event can be one of a detection of an abrupt movement of a headset operatively coupled to the processor, a change in location of an earpiece operatively coupled the processor, a touching of the headset, a recognizing of a voice command, a starting or ending of a phone call, or a scheduled time.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 29, 2019Publication date: May 30, 2019Applicant: Staton Techiya, LLCInventor: Steven W. Goldstein
