The handle includes a base portion and a handle gripping portion that a user may grip to transport and use the dispenser. The handle is inserted within the body such that the entire handle, including the handle gripping portion, is within the body, thereby allowing the shaker dispenser to sit, if desired, on the end having the handle. The body includes indentations, or cut-aways, that allow the handle to be visible from at least one of: a front view, a side view, and a back view. A series of columns extend upright form the base, holds the containerized liquid either in an elevated position, as during shipment, storage, display, or while awaiting its usage, but that when the liquid container is lowered, and pierced, the container is held into its lowered position, its seal having been pierced, for deposition of its liquid insecticide into the base reservoir, for consumption by any insects. An isotropic etch process is used to define a singulation channel with a first depth extending into the semiconductor substrate material A second anisotropic etch process is used to increase the depth of the singulation channel while providing substantially vertical singulation channel sidewalls. The singulation channel can be extended through the depth of the substrate or, in an alternative embodiment, a predetermined portion of the inactive surface of the substrate remove to expose the singulation channels.
