  • Publication number: 20240094322
Abstract: A monitoring system and methods for monitoring medical equipment by using cloud-based telemetry involving a graphic user interface and a portal system having a portal, the portal system configured to: receive at least one of telemetry signals and telemetry data transmitted from medical equipment; monitor at least one of the telemetry signals and the telemetry data; generate at least one of an alert and an email notification based on at least one of the telemetry signals and the telemetry data; and transmit at least one of the alert and the email notification to the graphic user interface.

  • Patent number: 10768114
Abstract: A modular system for organic sample analysis is disclosed which includes a sample stage including a support platform and a motorized positioning mechanism mounted on the support platform, and a sample holder mounted on the motorized positioning mechanism upon which a sample is placed. A probe support rack is mounted on the support platform and two or more bio-imaging probes mounted on the probe support and arranged in a pre-defined geometry with respect to each other, and at least one bio-imaging probe has a field of view independent of all other bio-imaging probes. The system includes a computer controller connected to the motorized positioning mechanism and the two or more bio-imaging probes. The computer is programmed for controlling motorized positioning mechanism to move the sample holder having the sample located thereon to positions in the field of view of each bio-imaging probe where the sample can be analyzed individually by each of the bio-imaging probes.

  • Patent number: 10204117
Abstract: A system for de-identifying images and metadata containing personal information. A clinical subsystem connects to a clinical picture archiving and communication system (PACS) containing image data including metadata with personal information. The clinical subsystem includes an image data editor for de-identifying image data by deleting or altering the personal information in the image data according to instructions specified in a de-identification script. The de-identification subsystem includes an image metadata database and runs an edit script generator that can be used by a user to generate a de-identification script based on metadata stored in the image metadata database, without access to the associated image data.

  • Publication number: 20160307063
Abstract: A system for creating de-identification programs for de-identifying DICOM image files containing DICOM images and metadata. The system provides a user interface that allows users to create de-identification programs. Each program has redaction rules specifying redaction regions in normalized coordinates defining a region of a DICOM image to be redacted to obfuscate content in the redaction region, and metadata substitution rules specifying metadata elements to be substituted with pseudonyms. The user may modify the redaction rules and metadata substitution rules, and preview the effect of the de-identification program by applying the de-identification program to DICOM images and associated metadata and displaying the resulting modified DICOM image and associated metadata. The system maintains a pseudonym memory to determine if a pseudonym has been stored for each metadata element specified by the substitution rule so that the same pseudonym is consistently used for the same element values.
