The assembly kit further includes a second spacer positionable between the first bracket and the second bracket, the second spacer movable to adjust a gap between the first bracket and the second bracket along a second axis different from the first axis. The assembly kit further includes a fastener operable to couple the first bracket and the second bracket together.
