    Abstract: A carrier for pastry including a tray and a cover selectively engageable over the tray. A handle integrally formed with the tray has opposed depending end portions releasably locked within opposed slots in the tray. Latching projections are provided on each end of the handle and are releasably locked into position by sliding locking collars cam biased to releasably fix the latching projections in locking position.
