  • Publication number: 20100313508
Abstract: A wall board having a shape that can mimic any desired visual representation. For example, a wall board as that disclosed, if desired to be in the shape of a butterfly, will be shaped, either formed during manufacture, or cut, into an outline of a butterfly. The wall board can have added functionality by utilizing pegboard wall board. Further, the wall board disclosed may optionally provide for graphics to illustrate better the desired shape or image. The graphics can be of many varieties, including, but not limited to, laminates of plants, animals, insects, letters, symbols, animated characters, a person or people, inanimate objects, and visual arts substantially conforming to the shape of the wall board; and hand applied colorants, to represent a more realistic image of the desired shaped. Additionally, during installation on a wall, the wall board can include spacers set between the wall and the board, to create a three dimensional appearance of the image coming from the wall.

  • Publication number: 20060248165
Abstract: Methods, systems, and articles of manufacture to generate file transfer monitoring criteria are disclosed. An example method obtains a file transfer log file from a first network entity and obtains from the transfer log file file transfer metadata that is associated with file transfer activity between the first network entity and a second network entity. The file transfer metadata is used to generate a file transfer monitoring criterion that is associated with selectively monitoring the file transfer activity between the first network entity and the second network entity. Service level criteria associated with the file transfer event is automatically updated based on the file transfer monitoring criterion.

  • Publication number: 20050248090
Abstract: A puzzle having more than one puzzle piece is made of a rigid plastic material. Each puzzle piece is essentially substantially two dimensional, having top and bottom surfaces, and sides. Each side is relatively short compared to the top and bottom. Each side is comprised of an essentially flat outer edge or surface. At least one recess is formed within the outer edge for housing a magnet having both a north and south polarity on one face, or at least two separate magnets where one has an exposed north polarity and the other has an exposed south polarity. When the magnet is, or magnets are, secured within the recess(es), the magnet(s) are preferably flush with the outer edge providing for an essentially gapless seam when two puzzle pieces are magnetically connected to one another.

  • Patent number: 6325229
Abstract: An ensemble of discrete containers wherein each of the containers is spiral wound along a common axis, so as to provide a symmetrical geometric form or ensemble comprising a novelty item, a toy or packaging ensemble for related products/materials. In one of the preferred embodiments of the invention, the containers comprise an ensemble of beverage bottles wherein the open end of the necks of each container of the ensemble is provided with a separate closure. The individual containers of the ensemble are, thus, entwined about one another so as to provide the requisite degree of torsional engagement of each other to hold the resulting ensemble together. The discrete containers of the ensemble can be further provided with releasable, interlocking features (e.g. mating pairs of male and female surface features), to further engage and maintain the contiguous containers of the ensemble within a unitary configuration.

  • Patent number: 5398823
Abstract: A wrench socket holder and storage rack comprises a plurality of stud members registrable with a base member. Each stud member has three contiguous sections comprising two side sections and a top section hingedly connected from one side section to one edge of the top section and then from the other edge of the top section to the second side section. When the sides are positioned adjacent to one another, they form a stud having a substantially shaped square cross section.
