    Abstract: A ratcheted wrench hand tool comprises a capability of rotationally driving a fastener when the tool's handle is off axis from the center line of the ratchet member. The hand tool comprises at least one gimbal ring to permit deflection of the tool's handle from the central axis line. Even when the handle is deflected from the central axis line, a user can nevertheless tighten or loosen a fastener by rotating the handle.
