More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus that allows an electrical device to be turned on or off independently from either said first switch or said secondary switches. Most particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus comprised of an electromechanical relay switch and one or more other switches that cooperate to regulate the current from an electrical outlet provided to an electrical device.
