    Abstract: A support assembly on each side of a vehicle includes a plurality of first brackets interiorly, a plurality of second bracket exteriorly, and an intermediate leg between an associated first bracket and second bracket. Each intermediate leg has a short vertical extent positioned adjacent to an associated first bracket and has a long angled extent extending outwardly and downwardly from an associated first bracket. Each long angled extent is positioned adjacent to an associated second bracket. The first brackets receive an associated lateral projection and the second brackets receive and support lamps.
