Abstract: A reminder and actioning system responds to approaching due dates by by sending e-mails to the clients to which they relate. The e-mails contains links of some form so that the client can be taken easily to an instruction giving web page. The web page lists the approaching due dates and allows the client to instruct the operator to perform the actions due on the listed dates. The due dates may be for payment of patent, design or trade mark renewal fees.
