  • Patent number: 12121772
Abstract: A system for formulating a performance metric of a motion such as water sport motion, preferable a swimming stroke, includes a wearable sensor device including 4 pressure sensors, a 9 degrees of freedom inertial measurement unit (IMU), a microprocessor communicating with the pressure sensors and the IMU, and waterproof housing in the form of a flexible silicone band to house the microprocessor, the pressure sensors and the IMU. The system includes an external computer communicating with the device for receiving and combining input data from each of the pressure sensors and the IMU, via the microprocessor, and a processing unit configured to combine the input data from both the at least one pressure sensor and the IMU. The input data is used to infer at least one force magnitude and at least one force direction, the input data being used to provide the performance metric of the water sport motion.

  • Patent number: 10259621
Abstract: A container (10) to dispense a liquid such as sauce. The container (1.0) has a resilient deformable body (11) that may be compressed to dispense the liquid from the interior (55) of the body (11). Mounted on the body (11) is a cap (37) that is movable along a path (axis 13) between a closed position and an open position. In the open position the upper opening (38) is open to allow the liquid to be dispensed. Preferably the path is linear.

  • Publication number: 20070293801
Abstract: An improved adhesive dressing assembly comprising an adhesive dressing and first and second backing sheets. The adhesive dressing comprises a sheet of flexible material with a first face and a second face with a central section and first and second arm sections extending in opposite directions from the central section. The sheet of flexible material is folded back on itself at a first fold between the central section and the first arm section and a second fold between the central section and the second arm section so that the first surface of the sheet of flexible material faces outward in all of the sections. The second surface of the central section is opposed to the second surface of the first arm section and the second arm section and the first surface is adhesive on at least a part of each section. The first backing sheet is releasably adhered to the first surface of the first arm section and the second backing sheet is releasably adhered to the first surface of the second arm section.
