  • Publication number: 20260145177
Abstract: A mobile bulk material processing apparatus includes a bulk material primary processing unit detachably attached to a main frame and includes a bulk material inlet, and a feedstation to feed bulk material to the primary processing unit. The feedstation includes a feedstation frame and a bulk material feeder. The bulk material feeder has a rearward feed end to receive bulk material and a frontward discharge end that overlaps the bulk material inlet. A rearward end of the feedstation frame is connected to the main frame for pivotable actuation in an arc from an operating position in which the discharge end of the bulk material feeder overlaps the bulk material inlet to a non-operating position in which the discharge end of the bulk material feeder is disposed rearwardly of the bulk material inlet to allow the primary processing unit to be vertically lifted away from the main frame.

  • Publication number: 20250367673
Abstract: A jaw crusher and method or using the same is provided. The jaw crusher includes a crusher housing having an inlet for material to be crushed and an outlet for material that has been crushed. A moveable jaw, which has a wear plate and a stationary jaw, is provided with a second wear plate. The moveable jaw and the stationary jaw form between them a crushing chamber. The moveable jaw is coupled to an eccentric jaw crusher shaft, which causes the moveable jaw to reciprocate in an eccentric motion to crush the material between the moveable jaw and the stationary jaw. A toggle system is provided and includes a drive cylinder provided with an internally mounted sensor to measure the position of the moveable jaw relative to the stationary jaw.

  • Publication number: 20250367674
Abstract: A jaw crusher service tool for supporting an item during service of a jaw crusher, which has a fixed jaw and a movable jaw mounted in a crusher frame that define a crushing chamber for material to be crushed, is provided. The service tool includes a support frame for supporting the item and a jaw crusher mounting attached to the support frame for mounting the service tool on the jaw crusher. The support frame is movable about first and/or second articulation axes between a transport position and an item supporting position on the jaw crusher.

  • Publication number: 20250367675
Abstract: A swing jaw of a jaw crusher includes a cast swing jaw frame and a retention seat for a toggle seat having a first retention seat part. The retention seat includes a detachable retention plate that is configured to couple to the first retention seat part so as to clamp a toggle seat therebetween in a wedged clamping arrangement. The first retention seat part is usually integrally cast with the cast swing jaw frame. The retention seat upon assembly has opposed sidewalls that diverge towards a rear wall of the retention seat to wedge the toggle seat in position in the assembled retention seat. Generally, the first retention seat part has a first sidewall and a rear wall of the retention seat, the detachable retention plate having a second sidewall of the retention seat.

  • Publication number: 20250360512
Abstract: A lifting device is configured to be integratable into a jaw crusher for facilitating access to items to be lifted from above during machine servicing. The crusher includes a crusher frame generally made up of oppositely disposed sidewalls and supporting a fixed jaw and a movable jaw defining a crushing chamber for material to be crushed. The lifting device has at least one primary pulley mountable on the jaw crusher above an item to be lifted and configured for lifting a toggle plate for a jaw crusher, wherein the lifting device is configurable to lift the item in a straight lift.

  • Publication number: 20250312798
Abstract: A horizontal shaft impact crusher and method for adjusting the same is provided. The crusher housing has an inlet for receiving material to be crushed and an outlet for material that has been crushed. The crusher housing includes an impeller, which is mounted on a horizontal shaft and which is operative for rotating around a horizontal axis, a curtain against which material accelerated by the impeller may be crushed, and an adjustment device including an adjustment bar for adjusting the position of the curtain relative to the impeller, a cross beam to which the adjustment bar is connected, the crossbeam being adjustable relative to the impeller, and a drive cylinder arranged for displacing the cross beam to set the position of the curtain relative to the impeller. The drive cylinder includes an internally mounted sensor to measure the curtain position relative to the impeller.

  • Publication number: 20080038305
Abstract: This invention relates to a tissue bulking agent comprising a particulate micro-porous bioinert ceramic material, in the form of spheres, having interconnected pores. Pores on the surface of each sphere are connected to pores inside such sphere via blow-holes and the internal pores are in turn interconnected, so that in addition to a high porosity, the spheres have a high permeability to gas and liquid. The bulking agent is disposed inside a syringe and is activated by impregnating the particles with traces of a bioactive resorbable bioceramic or by the in situ impregnation with serum from the blood of a patient. The particles are mobilised for injection by mixing the particles with a bio-suitable carrier gel or a viscous, lubricating carrier liquid. Thereafter, the activated and mobilised bulking agent is injected into the tissue in the area to be treated or bulked, such as the pelvic floor or urinary sphincter.

  • Publication number: 20070128244
Abstract: This invention relates to a porous ceramic sphere comprising a particulate micro-porous bioinert material, in the form of spheres or scaffolds, having interconnected pores. Pores on the surface of each sphere are connected to pores inside such sphere via blow-holes and the internal pores are in turn interconnected, so that in addition to a high porosity, the spheres have a high permeability to gas and liquid, thus contributing to the creation of an artificial vascular system in which cells will proliferate, migrate and differentiate into the specific tissue while secreting the extracellular matrix components required to create the 3D tissue and organs.
