    Abstract: Provided are a centrifugal force-based microfluidic device in which biochemical treatments of samples are executed, a biochemical treatment system including the centrifugal force-based microfluidic device, and a method of fabricating the centrifugal force-based microfluidic device. The centrifugal force-based microfluidic device includes a rotational platform including a unit to perform biochemical treatments of samples and a mounting hole defined within to which a turntable including a magnetic force generator is inserted; and a cap coupled to the rotational platform closing a side of the mounting hole opposite to a side in which the turntable is inserted, and including a part formed of a ferromagnetic material pulled by magnetic force generated by the magnetic force generator.
