  • Publication number: 20070248787
Abstract: An artificial leather includes a basic layer having a number of longitudinal filaments and a number of lateral filaments perpendicular to the longitudinal filaments and coupled to the longitudinal filaments, the filaments are formed by a thread having a wax outer layer. A cover layer is secured onto the basic layer, and includes a number of hair members provided on top to form a hairy structure, and includes a PU material engaged into the cover layer, to form the artificial leather. The wax outer layer is removed from the basic layer after the PU material has been engaged into the cover layer, to allow the basic layer to comfortably contact with users, and to prevent the users from contacting with the PU material.

  • Publication number: 20050183727
Abstract: A mask includes an outer layer having a number of hair members to form a hairy structure and to be formed as a surfactant device to spoil surface tension of moist that are attached onto the hair members of the outer layer. An intermediate layer of active carbon materials is attached onto the outer layer, for absorbing odors, nervous or poisonous gases, and for filtering viruses, or germs. An inner layer of anti-moist cloth materials is attached onto the active carbon intermediate layer, for engaging with users, and for preventing the active carbon intermediate layer from contacting with the users. The layers are secured together to form an integral structure.
