The bonding structure includes a first intermetallic compound (IMC) and a second intermetallic compound (IMC), a portion of the first IMC protrudes from the sidewall surfaces of the second IMC, and there could be a grain boundary between the first IMC and the second IMC.

    Abstract: A phosphor material manufacturing method includes: prefabricating a LaPO4:Tm+ solution or a LaPO4:Eu+ solution in nitric acid; adding a carbon nano-sized material to the LaPO4:Tm+ solution or the LaPO4:Eu3+ solution for mixing to obtain a mixed solution precursors; precipitating the mixed solution and separating a precipitation substance from the mixed solution; drying and grinding the precipitation substance to obtain a powder material; the powder material with a predetermined temperature to form a sintered LaPO4:Tm+ phosphor material or a sintered LaPO4:Eu+ phosphor material. Advantageously, the sintered LaPO4:Tm+ phosphor material or the sintered LaPO4:Eu+ phosphor material is coated by the carbon nano-sized material for enhancing the efficiency of energy transfer and luminance of the phosphor material.

    Abstract: A crib caster comprises a main body, a horizontal shaft, two wheel members, an urging member, and an elastic element. The main body is provided with first braking portions while the two wheel members are provided with second braking portions. When the crib is occupied by a baby, the main body is caused to descend by the weight of the baby so that the first braking portions of the main body are caused to engage the second braking portions of the two wheel members so as to immobilize the two wheel members.

    Abstract: A pivoting castor comprises a main body, a cross shaft, two wheeled members, a braking member, an elastic element, and a plug cover. The main body is provided with a receiving space, and a pivoting hole having respectively under both sides thereof a recessed arcuate collar block with a first contact portion. The two wheeled members are mounted on both ends of the cross shaft pivoted in the pivoting hole of the main body. The wheeled member is provided with a second contact portion engageable with the first contact portion to incapacitate the mobility of the wheeled members. The engagement of the first and the second contact portions is actuated by the elastic element received in the receiving space of the main body.
