Abstract: A memory system is provided and includes memory chips in each of which a first state output pin is arranged and a memory controller in which a first state input pin connected to a first channel including first ways respectively connected to the first state output pins arranged in the memory chips is arranged. The memory controller checks a first internal state of each of the memory chips, based on one or more of a chip enable signal and a CE reduction command of the memory chips, and a second signal received through the first state input pin as a result of an AND operation of first signals output through the first state output pins, during a state check interval for checking respective states of the memory chips.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device in which performance is improved by reducing a wiring resistance is provided. The semiconductor memory device comprising an inter-wiring insulation film on a substrate, a first wiring pattern extending in a first direction, in the inter-wiring insulation film, a barrier insulation film that is on an upper surface of the inter-wiring insulation film, a barrier conductive pattern electrically connected to the first wiring pattern, in the barrier insulation film, a memory cell electrically connected to the barrier conductive pattern and including a selection pattern and a variable resistor pattern, and a second wiring pattern extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, on the memory cell, wherein a width of the barrier conductive pattern in the second direction is different from a width in the second direction of a portion of the memory cell that is adjacent to the barrier conductive pattern.

Abstract: Provided are a method and system for providing a social music service using a location based service (LBS), and a recording medium in which a program for executing the method is recorded. The method includes: an uploading step of receiving data on a location at which music is to be posted and corresponding music data from a user terminal and then storing the data in a server; a tracking step of tracking the location of the user terminal using the LBS in the server and detecting whether or not the user terminal has come within a predetermined distance from the posting location; and a playing step of transmitting, from the server to the user terminal, music data matched with the corresponding location when the user terminal has come within the predetermined distance from the posting location.

Abstract: Provided is an electric coil including a wire coated with enamel and spirally wound a predetermined number of times, an insulating member, and an installation member made of plastic, wherein the wire is an aluminum wire coated with enamel and a copper wire is connected to both ends of the aluminum wire such that the electric coil used in an electric motor is formed of an aluminum wire to solve the problems of high cost and weight caused by the use of a conventional copper wire and the problems of corrosion and disconnection caused by the use of a conventional aluminum wire.
