    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a bottom anti-reflective coating for deep ultraviolet lithography, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. A polymer disclosed in the present invention is prepared by the following method: (1) preheating a solvent I; (2) mixing a monomer as shown in formula (A), a monomer as shown in formula (B), a monomer as shown in formula (C), a cross-linking agent as shown in formula (L), and an initiator and a solvent II to obtain a mixed solution; and (3) adding the mixed solution to a preheated solvent and perform a polymerization reaction, wherein step (1) and step (2) are in no particular order. The bottom anti-reflective coating for deep ultraviolet lithography can reduce the reflectivity, and after the bottom anti-reflective coating is spin-coated with a photoresist, no scum formed by the bottom anti-reflective coating is observed.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a preparation method for triphenylchloromethane, comprising the following steps: adding hydrochloric acid or a mixture of hydrochloric acid and Lewis acid to a mixture of triphenylmethanol and an organic solvent; stirring for reaction; removing the water layer after the completion of reaction to obtain an organic solution containing triphenylchloromethane. In the method, the conversion rate of triphenylmethanol is almost quantitative to be above 99%, and the content of triphenylchloromethane in the product obtained is above 99%. The operation is simple, and no waste gas is generated. Therefore, the method is environmentally friendly and suitable for industrialized production and can achieve better economic benefits.

The overlay network, of some embodiments, uses the same subnetting and default gateway address for each compute node as the cloud provider network provided by the virtual private cloud provider.

An incoming preview image stream may be obtained from an image capture device. When a capture request is received, an analysis may be performed on an image from the preview image stream that has a predetermined temporal relationship to the image capture request. Based on the analysis, a set of images (and their respective capture parameters, e.g., exposure time) may be determined for the image capture device to capture. As the determined set of images are captured, they may be registered and fused in a memory-efficient manner that, e.g., places an upper limit on the overall memory footprint of the registration and fusion operations—regardless of how many images are captured in total.
