  • Publication number: 20230277014
Abstract: The invention deals with a dispenser 1 of a cleaning and/or sanitizing solution with a radiofrequency communication module 2B for remote monitoring by a portable communication device UL to deliver a preset dose of the cleaning and/or sanitizing solution. The invention also deals with a control process 6 of such a dispenser 1, wherein the control process 6 includes an identification step 62 of the portable communication device UL by the dispenser 1 and—under condition of authorization after identification—a step of release 63 of the cleaning and/or sanitizing solution.

  • Publication number: 20220231762
Abstract: In brief, the invention relates to a switching method (10) for switching a smart lighting device (100), the switching method (10) comprising a step of selecting an operating mode (130) of the lighting device (100) in such a way as to control the emission of a light signal (115) and/or a communication signal (125). Thus, advantageously, the light source (110) of the lighting device (100) thus controlled by the switching method (10) can emit the light signal (115) without emitting a communication signal (125), or the secondary source (120) can, alternatively or simultaneously to the operation of the light source (110), emit the communication signal (125). The switching method (10) thus offers a greater degree of modularity in the control of the lighting device (100). The invention also relates to a lighting device (100) controlled by such a switching method (10).

  • Publication number: 20220224411
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for decoding (10) a modulated light signal (35) carrying a digital data set, the decoding method (10) comprising a step of searching (12, 13, 14, 15) for at least two frequencies of oscillation of a digital transcription of the light signal detected by a photodetector (23), each frequency of oscillation being representative of a logic value of the bits constituting the digital data carried by the light signal. Advantageously, a most significant bit is represented by a first frequency of oscillation and a least significant bit is represented by a second frequency of oscillation, the first frequency of oscillation being chosen so as to form, at the photodetector (23), a digital signal that is larger than that formed by the second frequency of oscillation by at least 4 elementary detection units of said photodetector (23). The invention also relates to an optoelectronic system (20) that implements a decoding method (10) of this kind.

  • Publication number: 20220216917
Abstract: The invention relates to a light communication method (10) implemented by a light communication emitter system (61), in which a reference sequence (320) is shrewdly inserted periodically and repeatedly into a digital data frame to be transmitted by way of a modulated light beam (615). The presence of this reference sequence (320) allows a light communication receiver system (62) to automatically detect the reference sequence (320) in the detected modulated light beam (615). This detection makes it possible to automatically detect one of the two oscillating frequencies used to represent a logic state of the transmitted digital data, without having to calibrate the receiver system (62) on the basis of said oscillating frequencies.

  • Patent number: 10348400
Abstract: A method for identifying a device capable of communicating by Li-Fi including the steps of generating and storing a list of first pieces of address data and a list of transmission frequencies each associated with a first piece of address data; selecting second pieces of address data (11) to form a MAC address (10); transforming each second piece of address data into a third piece of address data containing a transmission frequency value associated with the second piece of address data; generating a global address; assigning the global address to the device; and recording the global address in a memory module of the device capable of communicating by Li-Fi.
