  • Publication number: 20260149638
Abstract: A system and method for determining an optimal network configuration for a communication network includes receiving an input request comprising a network topology and a communication intent, determining one or more network performance requirements and one or more data paths based on the communication intent and the network topology, extracting at least one historic network configuration related to the communication intent, the network topology and at least one of the one or more network performance requirements, from a configuration database; determining an optimal network configuration based on the at least one historic network configuration, for enabling communication between the plurality of devices through at least one or more data paths, and automatically generating and validating network configuration in a communication network without any manual intervention.

  • Publication number: 20240336522
Abstract: A method and a sensor device for evaluating residual Sulphur in a cement preheater of a cement kiln, wherein the residual Sulphur is based on the values of the fuel Sulphur content, the fuel rate of consumption, the hotmeal quality and the clinker Sulphur content. A method for evaluating blockage in a cement preheater includes evaluating the residual Sulphur in the cement preheater, determining an agglomeration rate of Sulphur compounds agglomerating on an inner surface of the cement preheater based on the residual Sulphur, and evaluating a level of blockage in at least one predetermined pathway of the cement preheater using a blockage evaluation unit, wherein the level of blockage is based on the agglomeration rate.

  • Patent number: 8112434
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for improving performance of an enterprise service bus. A cache is used to store collections of service objects where each service object includes service meta-data associated with a web service application. The cache may be accessed by the enterprise service bus to service “generic queries” from the client instead of accessing the service registry. Further, the collections of service objects are decomposed into instances of the collections of service objects. These instances of the collections of service objects are stored in the cache which is used by the enterprise service bus to service “direct queries” from the client instead of accessing the service registry. By reducing the number of accesses to the service registry, the network traffic is lessened and the performance of the enterprise service bus is improved.

  • Publication number: 20040003391
Abstract: The present invention provides a method, system and program product for locally analyzing (television) viewing behavior. Specifically, under the present invention, a single time interval of viewed programs is chunked into multiple time windows of viewed programs. Then, for each program within each time window, a conditional probability is calculated. The conditional probabilities are then compared to a noise threshold to determine recommended programs for each time window. The recommend programs can be added to a user profile and/or outputted to the viewer.
